Fibrinolytic system in Neonate

Plasminogen Deficiency is said to be a very rare condition and barely show up on any radar.  Yet PLGD would lead to so many hidden conditions where ever mucosal membranes are exposed to external susbstance plus ventricles in the brain.  Has anyone had experience with the following in new borns:

Complications on shunts resulted in constant clot build up

Blockage in tracheal-bronchial region lead to breathing difficultuy

Fibrin build-up in the conjunctiva
